KnickKnack Toys

A brilliant idea conceived by club member Peter Adam has resulted in over 100 toys so far being made available for less fortunate children. These are not just for Christmas or other special times, but whenever the circumstances arise. This scheme has been running for less than a year and is going from strength to strength.

Boxed toys waiting to go

We are now in the process of boxing up and distributing toys and gifts to Thanet schools, Social Services, Home Start and other organisations so the gifts can be wrapped and delivered in time for Christmas, making the lives of those less fortunate just a little happier. We have been able to gather together gifts and toys to the value of over £4000.

More superb brand new toys to go

All toys that were requested by Thanet schools, Social Services, and Home Start were distributed in good time before Christmas in order to make some young lives that much more happier. One of our 'feel good' deeds.

This project celebrated its first birthday on the 11th December 2016 with over £5000 raised so far and £4000 spent on toys for distribution. Peter has decided this project will be ongoing and the club looks forward to spending thousands of pounds annually on toys for children in need.
